01What is Rezimob?

A Telegram bot that sells residential and mobile proxy traffic by the gigabyte. You pay in crypto, the traffic is usually on your balance within a minute, and it stays valid for 12 months after your last top-up.

02Residential or mobile: which should I choose?

Residential proxies use IPs of real home internet connections. They suit most tasks, such as data collection, ad verification, SEO and price monitoring, and managing several accounts where the platform allows it.

Mobile proxies use IPs of mobile carriers. Many real users share each mobile IP, so websites tend to trust them more. Still, no proxy is accepted by every website. Residential and mobile traffic are separate balances.

03How do I buy?

1. Open @rezimob_proxy_bot and tap Start.
2. Tap Buy, choose Residential or Mobile, then a package or your own amount of GB.
3. Tap Pay and pay the invoice in @CryptoBot.
4. The GB are usually added within a minute. The bot sends you a message when they are.

04Which cryptocurrencies can I pay with?

USDT, TON, BTC, ETH, LTC, TRX, USDC and BNB, through Crypto Pay (@CryptoBot). Prices are in US dollars. The invoice shows the exact amount to pay and when it expires (normally in 60 minutes).

05Does my traffic expire?

Your balance is valid for 12 months after your last purchase of that product, and every top-up extends the whole balance for another 12 months. You can see the date in My proxies, and we remind you in the bot before it expires.

06How do I connect a proxy?

In the bot, open My proxies → Get, then choose a country, a format and a session type. You get a ready proxy line plus the separate fields:

• Host and Port: the gateway address, for example gw.rezimob.com and 9003;
• Login: your proxy login;
• Password: encodes the country and session, for example country-de-session-1a2b3c-ttl-600.

Choose the format your software expects:

• http://login:password@host:port for most browsers, antidetect browsers and scripts;
• socks5://login:password@host:port for apps that support SOCKS5;
• host:port:login:password for tools that import proxy lists in that format.

Quick test from a terminal (prints the exit country):

In an antidetect browser (AdsPower, Dolphin{anty}, Octo and similar), create a profile, choose HTTP or SOCKS5, and paste the line or the four fields.

07What are sticky and rotating sessions?

Sticky: the same exit IP for the time you choose: 10, 30 or 60 minutes (other durations aren't available). Use it to keep a login session on one IP. A sticky session can end earlier if the device behind it goes offline.

Rotating: the exit IP can change with each new connection. One line is enough; use it to load many pages.

Need another sticky IP? Tap New session in the bot, or 10 / 50 / 100 sessions to get a list at once.

08How many proxies or devices can I use?

There is no limit on the number of sessions: generate as many proxy lines as you need and use them in parallel on any number of devices, within fair use of the network. They all draw from the GB balance of that product.

09Which countries are available? Can I pick a city?

Around 200 countries; availability varies over time. Choose Any country for the largest pool of IPs. Targeting by city or region isn't available in the bot.

10Can I change my IP on demand?

There is no IP-reset link, and an existing session can't be reset. A new sticky session (New session in the bot) or a rotating session will usually give you another IP, but a different IP isn't guaranteed.

11Are any websites blocked?

Yes. To prevent abuse, some categories are blocked on the network, for example banking and payment services, government websites and some news sites. Separately, the Acceptable Use Policy lists what you may not do with the service.

12How is traffic counted?

Both upload and download through the proxy count. 1 GB = 1,073,741,824 bytes. Your remaining balance is shown in My proxies.

13I paid but the GB haven't arrived. What now?

Usually it takes under a minute. If the network is briefly out of stock, the bot tells you, and the GB are added automatically as soon as possible. Don't pay again. If nothing arrives within an hour, write to support with your order number from Orders.

14What is the minimum purchase? Is there a free trial?

The smallest package is 1 GB; you can also type any whole number of GB. There is no free trial: buy 1 GB to test the network on your targets first.

15My target website blocks the proxies. Can I get a refund?

Websites change their protection all the time, so we can't guarantee access to any particular site, and a website rejecting proxy traffic isn't a reason for a refund. Try another country, a mobile proxy or a new session, and test new targets with a small amount first.

16Someone else got my proxy login. What should I do?

Anyone with your login can use your balance. Contact support immediately with your order number and we will help you secure it. Don't post proxy lines in public chats.

17What happens if I lose my Telegram account?

Your balance belongs to your Telegram account. Write to support from your new account; we can only move a balance if you can prove the old account was yours, for example with order numbers and payment details.

18Can I get a refund?

Delivered traffic is non-refundable; use it within 12 months of your last top-up. We refund paid orders that weren't delivered within 72 hours, and double payments. Your rights under mandatory consumer law are not affected. Details are in the Refund Policy.

19Do I need to register or verify my identity?

No separate registration: your Telegram account is your account. We don't ask for an email, phone number or documents as a routine, although checks required by law may apply.

20How do I contact support?

Tap Support in the bot, or write to @rezimob_proxy_bot in Telegram. Include your order number if your question is about a payment.
